Our unbleached cotton muslin is 100% natural unbleached cotton and is of medium density with a fine weave. Our unbleached muslin material is 4.0 oz per square yard, with a 60x60 thread count and 20x20 thread size. It is durable, yet still breathable and easy to work with. The natural material has not been processed with any harsh chemicals or bleached. Our unbleached muslin is easy to work with for any project. Our muslin can be cut and sewn easily, as well as painted or dyed any color you wish. The porous nature of this fabric not only allows it to soak up dyes and paints wonderfully, it also makes the fabric mid weight and breathable, with a soft drape, which is perfect for clothing applications, costume mockups, and sewing patterns. This muslin is NOT pre-shrunk. Please allow for approximately 5- 7% shrinkage length and width. Our muslin fabric is made of natural cotton fibers, making it an excellent cost effective alternative, great for schools and painting/sewing classes, as well as theater and photo studios.
