- ENTRANCE FUNCTION: Latchbolt retracted by either side of the door levers unless outside is locked by 20° rotation of thumbturn. When door is locked, inside lever or outside keys can retract dead bolt and latchbolt simultaneously and rotation of thumbturn or keys operat deadbolt. When deadbolt is throwing, the outside lever will be locked automatically. Auxiliary latch deadlocks latchbolt when door is closed and the inside lever can be opened at any time for emergency egress.

Designed for 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" (35mm to 44mm) doors, they fit 1-1/2" to 2" thick doors and come standard with a 2-3/4" backset. - SPECIFICATIONS: This commercial and residential door lever locks come with standard ANSI 4-7/8" x 1-1/4" square corner strikes and 1-1/8" x 2-1/4" square corner faceplates. The backset is 2-3/4" (70mm), the stainless steel Roses are 3-3/8" (90mm) in diameter, and Latch bolt Stainless steel is 1/2" (12.5mm) throw standard. These specifications make our door lever handle lock fitting for 161 door prep & regular 2-1/8″ bore prep.
- CERTIFICATION: This commercial and residential heavy-duty entry key locks are ANSI/BHMA A156.13 - Grade 1 (exceeds 1,000,000 cycles) certified and UL listed. Each lever door handle with lock is made to meet ADA A117.10 accessible design standards. It is also fire rated for up to 3 hours.
