Mid Engage adds a mid-frequency boost to both the dry and overdriven signals, which is great when you want your guitar to leap out of the mix during a solo or add additional texture to chords. The Blend Override switch bypasses the RevivalDRIVE’s blend knob, letting only the overdriven signal through. Essentially, this is like having a second channel on your amp, so you can set a slightly overdriven signal with the blend control on the pedal and then bypass it for full-on crunch or to tap
