Put one of the molds into the metal Cylinder followed by the dough and then put the wooden part into the chamber. Hold against your body, Hold the metal handles with your hands and pull towards you. Very simple and easy to work with. Once you are done just wash with soapy water and rinse. That's it. It's that easy.
