The colors are highly fluorescent in normal lighting and really pop out under blacklighted conditions! Specially formulated, these paints will add bright and vibrant colors to your special project. There are no harsh chemicals and is completely safe for general use. The finish can be protected with a water based sealant for long lasting effects.
